  • Can I have a discount if I book multiple packages?
    We have discounted rates as add ons, but if you are looking for something more custom, please email us at info@pressrecordco.com.
  • When will I receive the camcorder?
    We ship our camcorders 10-12 days before your event to ensure it arrives on time.
  • When do I receive my video?
    Once we receive the camcorder back, your raw footage will be ready for download within 48 hours and your Modern Day Home Video within 2 weeks.
  • How long does a battery last?
    Each battery lasts up to 235 minutes of continued recording (which is about a day's worth of recording on and off). A charger and extra battery are included.
  • What kind of camcorder will I recieve?
    We ship you an easy-to use Sony camcorder that is ready to start filming right out of the box. We also do have a waterproof video/photo camera available for bachelor/bachelorette parties and honeymoons where water may be an issue. Please email info@pressrecordco.com for more info.
  • When do I send the camcorder back?
    We ask that you send the camcorder back with the specified postal carrier within a few days of returning home. Your videos cannot be delivered until we receive the camcorder. Camcorders not returned within 14 days will start to accrue late fees.
  • When should I book?
    We recommend booking 3 to 6 months before your event.
  • What if the camcorder doesn't work when I receive it?
    Although each camcorder is tested before we ship them, we recommend you test it out before you're ready to use it to confirm everything is working properly. If for some reason the camcorder is not working, please email us at info@pressrecordco.com right away and we will expedite a new one.
  • What happens if I lose or break the camcorder during my event?
    Please notify us immediately if you lose or break the camcorder. If insurance is not added onto your booking, there's a fee of $250 for a lost or broken camcorder.
